2008.06.24 - from a plane above Sicily, ca. 11000 m high, at ca. 800 km/h ground speed.
During our flight to Malta, I became curious how clouds look in infrared from above, so I've tried the converted body. I've realised with great excitement that it can see DAMN clearly through the thick humidity of the atmosphere. So, when I've spotted the volcano Etna, I knew this will be a shot noone has ever done before. I'm quite proud of this shot, to be honest.
