Today was my first day out with the recently arrived reversing ring.
Fun, fun, fun! :D

I don't miss metering at all (I'm doing everything in M mode anyways) but the heavy light-falloff and the missing AF still leaves me craving for a dedicated macro. :drool:

Nikon D80, 50mm f1.8 @ 2.8 reverse mounted with the BR-2A. 1/320, iso 100.
NEF processed in ACR 3.6, final touches in PS/CS2.

ha thats the same setup i have! my Br-2a hasnt arrived yet :( im also waiting for the 55-52mm male to male filter ring, so i can attach my Tamron 90mm macro to the body, and the reversed 50mm f1.8 on the front of that. massive light loss, but huge magnification!

amúgy már sikerült összetapperolnom az 50 mm kamera felőli lencséjét (ami fordítás után a frontlencse lesz) lévén hogy nincs besüllyesztve mint a rendes frontlencse. Kiváncsi vagyok a Sigma 105 EX macro hogy fog teljesíteni. Főleg maga a 105 mm. Kissé aggaszt hogy nem túl hosszú e a gyújtótávja. Bárr ezzel a sufnimódszerrel sokszor az én árnyákom is belógott a képre, ha nem vigyáztam, mivel fixen kb. 10 cm-ről fényképeztem mindent. Lehet hogy a 70 mm EX macro is elég lett volna, de majd meglátjuk.

taperálás rulez, nekem is sikerül néha. szerencsére van ecset tisztítani. de majd kell vennem sensor swabot meg hasonlókat CCD mosogatásra.

sigmára énis kíváncsi leszek, főleg hogy sigma :D

a 105mmtől ne félj, makróhoz az jól fog jönni, és portréhoz se annyira hosszú, bár távolabbra nem annyira jók a makróobik. nekem a 60mm micro nikkor lesz makró obim ha lesz.

Bare with me. It's the first time I'm using a reverse mounted lens. Burst mode needs to be used next time, along with MUCH more memory space - the 1 GB card filled up in 10 minutes...
Results will probably be better when the Sigma 105 arrives. :nod:

Hogy érted azt hogy 'főleg hogy sigma'? Igaz hogy a sigma lencsék 'sample variation'-jének különösen rossz híre van, de a jelek szerint a Nikon sem éppen megbízható. Ezután majd csak azt veszem meg amit kipróbáltam és jó.
