Nikon D90 - Nikon 10-24 @ 16 mm - f/8 - 1/4 sec - iso 200 - Soligor CPL - Cokin P154 - two Cokin GNDs from the following three: P121, P121S or P120 - NEF - Capture NX 2.2.6 - PS/CS6

Sunny days are not the best for waterfalls. you'll need plenty of filtering for proper exposure time and you'll have trouble with the dynamic range of the scene too, esp. if the sun hits the waterfall.
