Notes:

- I'm starting to like Nikon Capture NX - at least for infrared. All the contrast and toning work was done with the basic RAW adjustment tools of it, and it took about a minute only! Photoshop was only used to remove the hotspot and to put on the copyright text.
- I've yet to evaluate how much the polarizer adds to the hotspot of infrared pictures.

Wow this picture looks great!!! a question... how did you remove the hotspot in photoshop do you have any tutorial for it or something? i'd really appreciate it!
